Original Buttercream - Made with fresh, country butter and whipped into a soft, smooth texture. Used on cakes, cupcakes and cookies. We make over 1000 lbs a week! People travel far and wide for this nectar. It's what made us famous.
Cream Cheese – Rich and smooth! Recommended for red velvet. Also used for cake icing upon request. Cannot be used for cake decorations. Cannot add color!
Water Icing – Used only for dipping cookies (Happy Face, Surfboard, Hearts). Any color!
Whip Cream – Made with fresh heavy cream. Used for fillings, donuts, cakes and cupcakes. Cannot add color!
Royal Icing – Used only at Christmas time. Dries hard like candy. Any color!

Large Icing Tube - $6 (approx. 1 lb., 10-12 cookies)
